I don't see what gender has to do with this industry, or most others for that matter. I'm lucky enough to know literally dozens of creatives, be they designers OR developers, and there's a healthy mix of both genders within that circle. As Dani said above, gender is irrelevant, let the work speak for itself! Excellent article.
